I wanted to provide some specific feedback on Richard Wright.  Richard found a great property and negotiated a fantastic deal for us.  This great result came after many months of indecision.  My wife and I were on and off again - concerned mostly about finance.  During this process, Richard was absolutely exemplary in his approach to us.  He never once made us feel as if we were annoying him or wasting his time - in fact he made us feel quite the opposite.  He never pushed us or made us feel pressured.  He was just always there.  A constant - like a rock.  Always pleased to hear from us - you could almost hear his smile.  Without Richard we would not have found this property - we would not have bought this property - we'd still be undecided.

When it came to the negotiation for the property, Richard was amazing.  It's a fantastic rear north facing property with an 18.5 m frontage.  The house is a good rental and perfect for our development.  He went in at $550K, when we'd approved him to bid for us at other auctions up to $680K.  I laughed and said "go for $550K" expecting to pay over $620K.  In the end he negotiated a sale price of $565K.  $565K in a suburb where the median house price is much higher.

I could not speak more highly of Richard and would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him as a buyers agent.
